The lecture will present the agrobiodiversity plot of the Botanical Garden of the University of Osnabrück.
The following topical questions will be addressed:
How are plants bred - do we eat mutants?
What has been changed in the growth of plants and their ingredients and how did these changes take place? What alternatives do plants offer us if we want to reduce meat consumption?
Afterwards, we invite you to a guided tour of the agrobiodiversity plot and the Indian milpa bed.
