Vortrag von Philip Tinnefeld
Vortragstitel: "DNA origami tools for superresolution microscopy and biosensing"
Anlass: CellNanOs Seminar
Host: Changjiang You
Beginn: 07.06.2022 - 17:15
Ort: CellNanOs 38/201
Über den Vortragenden: Prof. Christian Tinnefeld ist Dekan der Fakultät Chemie und Pharmazie an der Ludwig Maximilians-Universität München.
Inhalt des Vortrags: DNA origami enables the modular incorporation of different functional units that can include baits, targeting moieties, signal amplification mechanisms and reporters. We use these possibilities to build a series of sensors for chemical inputs such as DNA and antibodies as well as for physical parameters such as membrane potentials and membrane curvatures. The unique features of the sensors are characterized on the level of single entities using novel techniques such as p-MINFLUX on graphene coverslips and shrinking-gate fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (sgFCS).
